Victoria Still is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Fly VSJ. As the youngest generation of the family business, she brings a fresh perspective to the brand, helping shape how Fly VSJ connects with women through fashion and marketing.

Victoria earned her MBA from Montclair State University and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Giving back to her community is important to her, and outside of the business, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants, and listening to music.

Is the Co-Founder and President of Fly VSJ, bringing years of business experience and a strong entrepreneurial foundation to the family-owned brand.

Before Fly VSJ, Sheila served as President of H&S Cleaning Inc. from 1994 to 2019, a business founded by her late husband, Henry Ramsey. Her experience and perspective add another dimension to the three-generation partnership.

Outside of the business, Sheila enjoys camping with family and friends and spending time with her neighbors in the 55-and-better community where she lives.

Janel Still is the Founder and CEO of Fly VSJ, bringing her love of fashion, shopping, and styling together with her entrepreneurial spirit.

What began with a personal passion for finding and styling great pieces evolved into an online women’s boutique built around a simple idea: the right starting points can change the way you approach your wardrobe. Today, Janel leads the business alongside her daughter, Victoria, and mother, Sheila, bringing three generations together through a shared love of style.

Janel earned her MBA from Drexel University and her BA from Villanova University. When she’s not working on Fly VSJ, she enjoys singing karaoke and line dancing.
